TOTAL waste of time. They have NO plans at all for this stretch of state highway. Absolutely none whatsoever Nada, Nein Nothing.
I did find a plan that had some flare info near but of course the printer on the antiquated Canon microfilm piece of crap did not work.
LA DOTD, just another level of the inferno to deal with most of the time.
