If it is like most societies, you likely have a process for removal of the state level and chapter level officers. The chapters could get together and remove the state officers and then have a vote on whether or not to do the same joint NSPS as other states.
DDSM, The same could probably be done in Arkansas.
I really dislike the "Elite we know better" types. Even if it is on only one subject.
