GIS: ArcView 9 or latest version. Um. ArcView 9 in this case means the lowest licensing level of ArcGIS Desktop version 9. The latest '9' version was 9.3.1 in 2009. Then it went to v10.x (18 releases) and is now in maintenance mode (no new releases).?ÿ
