Thanks to all. It appears my property is in Zone X. I cant find anywhere on the form where I complete the elevation info for Zone X. Thoughts?

Do it the same way as Zone A, except put NA for BFE. Then fill out the elevations in part C.

Out of curiosity, why do they need an EC if the property is in Zone X?

My guess is its lake front property. Its right near the divided between two panel maps but after a 3rd look at the map it does have Zone A overlapping part of the house. maybe it actually is in zone A? there isn't a BFE in this area and Ive never worked on this lake so I'm feeling my through it. I'm all ears. lake full pool is 345 and the crawlspace is at 355.

If the property is in more than one zone, list both. The local floodplain administrator should be able to help you out with a BFE for Zone A. They may reach out to the Corps for a BFE determination. In that case, just check Community Provided for the BFE source.

Has anybody else had the issue of upside down photos uploading to this form?

The only way I've found to fix the problem is to import the photos through Adobe, but it would be nice to be able to just attach them through the fillable form.
