Seems like a lot of work to go back & forth between the PC and doing one by hand. I fill all mine out on the PC. Of course you could "old school" it and "past" your pics to the form with glue! :whistle:

There is this thing called an office copier. Print everything but the photos. Then run your copies as original paper and lay your photos on the copier surface. Then make copies from that. It's called a workaround.

Anyone heard any updates on this? The expiration date and November 30 extension are getting harder to explain.
FEMA should change the expiration date to an issue date on the certificate.

I checked the FEMA Portal and noticed more changes and updates this past weekend. Meanwhile the parcel I was attempting to work on, closed on Friday without the buyer bringing it up. The new owner may want one, but I am not as confident in getting it done within a certain time as in the past.
