That's what happens when you have non-survey staff prepare data for surveyors.?ÿ I'm still amazed that happens, but certainly not surprised.?ÿ This does not happen under my watch as anything survey related goes through the survey staff. That's the most efficient method by a mile.

I skipped over @rover83s post somehow.?ÿ I agree with everything in your post which is why we never stake work designed by others unless we absolutely have to.?ÿ When we do, we share your pain and always make the owner share our pain with a heavily inflated cost.?ÿ Engineering firms that never stake their own work typically have bad plans and more importantly bad cad data.
