I notice the FEMA MT-EZ form Expires on Feb. 28, 2014. But the FEMA web site still reference the MT-EZ form for a submittable option for a LOMA. Can you use this MT-EZ, or do you need a complete a Elevation Cert for a LOMA application.

FEMA does this all the time. Their forms expire, and it is often 6-9 months down the road before they update a repost a new form with a new expiration date. Their policy is to accept the "expired" forms until the new form is posted.
