Does anyone know where to view mining decisions online?
I have one I'm interested in reading, not sure where to start looking.

I looked in the BLM LR2000 data base, but did not have much luck.
Would I look in the Sacramento Superior Court data base?

I would try your local library. They might have a subscription of westlaw or lexis nexis for court research. Remember to ask the people at reference desk you are unsure where to start the search. good luck!

We do have a fairly extensive law library at our courthouse. However I think it only has the important decisive cases.
