Is there a site where I can find the current declination of a given Town?

I use NOAA's web calculator. Enter Lat/Long or address, and date desired. Works pretty well.

I've used it also, then you want to check it to a compass, it has been close to field measurements.?ÿ

Why is the +/- so large, though?

They offer three different models, which for today at my location differ by 14 minutes. It says the models differ in the level of detail.  Space weather and crustal motions from the pull of the sun and moon can affect it.  It is known that daily and day-to-day variations of several minutes can be measured.
