Always warms the heart a little when a LOMA is approved. Client happy as hell!

I know that feeling. It helps to make up for all the AWSHUCKS times when you have to tell them why they should have bought a home somewhere further up the hill.

3 LOMAS I did over the past 5 years have been wiped out by the new flood maps for our area...oh well.
