Where would an East Texas Surveyor find FREE digital aerial photos for SE 1/4 of Sec. 13, T9S, R12 E of the New Mexico P.M?

Randy, I got it. A client of mine asked if I had access to the sections and townships and photos for New Mexico. I found them all right here.
