@stephen-ward?ÿ ?ÿYep, Lowe's has a great lightweight one with an upper hand bar. I had to quit climbing when PVC fences became popular.

@holy-cow I resemble a few of those years. If I climb a fence and it's still standing, I take down the info from the little signs our ordinance requires. It's obviously over-engineered and quality work.

I notice the block before heading out and knock on doors before walking into a back yard. I find it easier to dig under the fence and use my pinpointer. It only picks up items within about 0.2'. Great urban tool...

This is the ladder that I use. It has a bar (red arrow on other side of fence) that makes it really stable. Folds up to 5' length, lightweight.

I have another one that does not have the bar, but the feet are wider on the bottom. Heavier and less stable.

I have found that every time I use this, trouble/questions follow. But saves a ton of time walking around to a gate.

@Mark Silver, what brand is that?

I have been looking at these: https://www.homedepot.com/p/MoJack-Easystep-Fence-Crosser-Ladder-24001/203310709

I wish I could find it in aluminum.

Nate

Then there is this:

NO good for Cyclone Fences, or Wood Fences. Only for Barbed wire...
