Do you have OnStar? Supposedly you can be tracked without knowing it. They can also listen to your conversations inside the vehicle and you wouldn't know. I'm not saying they do that regularly, but it can be done, and has been done. The FBI has already been told by the courts not to do it.
I like the dog idea....

My 2002 Dodge Dakota didn't come with OnStar.
If this crap keeps on, I'm going to fix up my 68 Chevy truck and put that thing on the road.
