Sorry, I couldn't explain clearly as possible , last week.
Our Controller CS15 doesn't work now. It stopped as the picture showed below :
. We could'nt connect it with pc , because we don't have the GEV223 data cable.
We tried to connect with usb cable by USB A Host port , but it didn't work even if we use "Microsoft ActiveSync" after installing the "SetupViva&GR_USB_32bit.exe".
What can we do? Someone could help us ?

I think you are gonna need that cable. It was that way, last time I looked at Leica.

You do not need the GEV234 cable or drivers for this issue. What is happening is that the CS15 is not booting into Windows CE. So, until the controller fully boots into the Windows CE desktop or into SmartWorx you will not be able to connect to the system.
I have seen to situations for this issue:
1. If you have a SIM card, CF card or SD card inserted into any of the slots under the top cover... remove the top cover and remove all of them. Please remove the battery before you remove the cards. If you have a USB stick inserted into the slot on the bottom of the CS.. please remove it and any cables you may be using to try and solve the issue. Basically, remove the battery and any memory cards. SIM card, and cables. Insert the battery and then power the CS15 on... you may have to wait about 15 minutes maximum to see the CS boot inot the Windows CE desktop or SmartWorx. If this happens the controller now has the operating system reloaded.
If the image of the CS controllers never goes away after say 15 minutes...
2. You will need to send it to a Leica Service Center to get the unit reloaded.
Please let me know if you need assistance in finding a Leica Service Center if the CS15 does not boot completely.
What he said. The bootloader is corrupt. The unit will likely need to go back to Leica or an approved repair center.

Thanks for your help. There are no sim Card or SD card inserted into the slot of the CS15. We couldn't arrive to reboot it. We need assistance. Where could we find a Leica Service Center ?
