Build a little box on back, for shovel, Pick, Chainsaw, Metal Detector, and flagging....

I am already dreaming of it!

Around 320 LBS, and price tag of around 5-6 k. Depending on options.
Carry in a pickup. Scoot under a fence. Go through a creek. (needs snorkel kit)
I can only imagine.

Nate

We dream alike, my man. Even if I had to come up with a small trailer, or use this for scouting out where I need to go back with an atv with more equipment later. My dream is a speeder bike like the star wars movie (with the little bear guys, where they race thru the forest), able to go over fences, canyons, etc.

"Small enough to fit in the trunk of a car." Of course, at 320 pounds if you ever *did* manage to get it into a car's trunk, you'd need a crane to get it out again.

I think a hitch mounted platforms you can get for the electric wheelchairs might work.

I'm here to testify it is not easy to jump off of a machine that is going 30 mph. Forward velocity is perceived by the human mind kind of like vertical distances. 20' on the ground doesn't look very far...now jump off the top of a two-story building. 20' looks a LOT farther. Leaving a moving object at 30 mph requires a personal relationship with one's deity....

I don't see it. Now as a pull along cart maybe, but I don't have much interest in a terrestrial jet ski. I've heard that at the right speed water feels like concrete when you hit it, but I'm pretty sure that regardless of speed the ground always feels like the ground when you hit it.

I'd rather have something with a seat and some shade.

Maybe I'm getting old...

get off my lawn.

dang kids.

I'm thinking some of that good flat ground in western OK, a bottle of Mezcal, a good revolver and one of those contraptions would make for some good jack rabbit hunting...but I don't see anybody working off one of them.

Sounds like something from the Wild Bill show. I'd pay to see it but I wouldn't want to be the one doing it.

Nathan,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to BPG Werks home of the DTV Shredder. Attached is an information kit for you to review for the 2017 model, our North American launch is December this year.
Our primary target market for the DTV is the recreation segment. However, we have had a substantial amount of interest from several other segments including; tourism, hunting and commercial. Attached is an information kit on the 2017 unit.
Here are the specs that you requested:
Height with handle in upright position: 55"
Height with handle in the lowered position: 25"
Length: 47"
Width: 26"
Weight: 240lbs
The snorkel that we have designed isn't a true snorkel. It is designed to increase the height of the air intake to limit the amount of debris that is sucked in through the intake.
We have several aftermarket products that have been engineered including a reverse and low gear. These products will be launched by Q3 of 2017.
With limited supply we are allocating our units on a preorder system. With a 25% deposit, you can reserve a unit, 50% would be due on the day the unit ships and the balance a few days before you receive the goods. The cost of the unit is $4900.00USD.
Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
Best regards,
Andrew

Where I see it coming into play, is where we have a long hike ahead of us, due to fences, and creeks. Rough country.
Small trailer, that DOUBLES as a small boat. Place the machine in the boat, push it across river. Pull it out on the other side, and go again.
Across fences... If I had a small block and tackle, I could use a tree branch to pick it up, and over a fence. Or, Skoot it under. Get to other side, and we have mobility again.
I usually DON'T like being the first to get stuff like this... wait a bit, and get a used one. Or such like. But, this has a definite niche, in the "tool arsenal".
I will probably wait. Get my Javad paid for first. There is another side to it too. INCENTIVE for the kids.
