They actually do fit. My friend ordered one just to see.

I never got the roll feed option for my hp450c, but it sure has been a good printer. I've printed thousands of prints in the past 11 years and the only maintenance was a belt change 5 years ago.

He had his "refurbished" a few years ago, new belt new metal guide strip, and a new cutter. $300 worth of labor and it has been working like new again.
