I have replaced the printheads in this printer 2 times over the last 5 years. A few months after the last replacement I get an error message that one of the printheads has a problem. Any sugesstions on how to fix this ? m
thanks for your help

This page has instructions on how to clean and replace the heads, but I have a feeling you've already gone through all this.

What exactly is the error message you're getting? And do you use hp cartridges or other brand cartridges? Using non hp cartridges could cause the problems you've been seeing.
