Can someone go check to see if these people are okay?
I'm beginning to worry, since they never return phone calls.
I mean, I've only used them for 6 years to recell my batteries, it's not like we are family or anything.
If they are okay, please tell them to call Andy on Sanibel since he can't run his robot with the re-celled "cowbell" battery they 'fixed' for him. The charger will NOT recognize it when it's plugged in, but works fine for all my other batteries and power stick.
Had to go to Batteries Plus and buy an emergency jumper battery setup to run the robot off the cigarette lighter outlet. Cost as much as the "fix". but thanks anyway.
