There isn't anything new or startling here but a it is a good affirmation of principles and results.

This is a similar UK site, from the RICS which is the professional body for surveyors whereas the TSA is more commercial. Some useful downloads:

I was out mowing my lawn most of the day with my new riding lawn mower so I didn't get back to BeerLeg until this evening. I'll check the website tomorrow.
