You'd just have to declare it (is it official if declared on on TikTok? Twitter? YouTube shorts?). Apparently you can be whatever you want at any time for any arbitrary period now. I think the pansexual declaration gives you the most flexibility, but for some of that you might have to declare a particular ethnicity for it to fly.
I googled "What does a survey cost?" a few years ago, just to see what a client might find online.
I remember finding someone giving a very authoritative answer that a boundary survey costs about $100. If you want topo, it is much more expensive, up to $200.
I think some people get these prices from closing documents. I've seen mortgage plans listed as "survey" for $100 or $200, and people don't know the difference.
