I was up at 4:30A. Been getting some R/W points cranked out. I've got an 8:00 meeting 100 miles away and a couple of miles of R/W and transmission line to stake. It is pretty much required I be on site.

I use to do this all the time, but I'm getting old...this is for men younger than myself.

I bet you money I call in sick tomorrow.;-)

Me too. Up at 4::30. And I'm a night owl by nature but in reality I only get to practice that on weekends....

I was up at 4:30...........yesterday afternoon!

My alarm is set for 7:00. Only a few times per year does it get set earlier than that. Even then it usually involves a family event.

We have our weekly safety meetings on Monday morning at six, which necessitates a 4:55 alarm...:pinch:

Lucky you...what I wouldn't give for an extra thirty minutes sleep five days a week when my alarm goes off at 4:00 AM

Since I began working for myself, I get up at around 7:00, unless I'm going hunting in which case I get up around 3:30-4:00. I scheduled a meeting with a new client today at 11 am. I guess it's time to get my boots on. 😀

My alarm goes off at 4:25am and has for years. Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday I sleep in until 6am or so.

I haven't used an alarm clock in 17 years. I can go to bed at 2am and will no doubt wake up between 4:30 and 5am. It's an internal clock that I can't shut off!!

I generally wake up between 6:00 and 6:30. Sometimes on the weekend I'll try to get back to sleep, but that only works if I've been up past midnight, and even then not all the time. I haven't used an alarm for years, except when we have to be up early to catch an early flight or get to one the boy's baseball games.

My alarm wakes me up on maybe 1 in 20 mornings. Usually I wake up around 4:00 or so and wait for the alarm.

I'm usually out of bed at 0400 or thereabouts, alarm is set for 0425 and it wakes me up an average of twice per year. I'm also one of those with an internal clock, although when on vacation it seems to go "awry".

I get up at 1:00 am, 3:00 am, 5:00 am and 6:30 am. It is clockwork. Into P and then back to bed. I am always amazed that it is EXACTLY at the top of the hour, even when I am traveling.

No need to set an alarm clock, ever.

My grandfather was the same way. He never used an alarm clock. He could just tell himself what time to get up and he would automatically wake up at that time.

I'm with you Mark, I don't have an alarm. I sleep a couple hours at a time. I wake up for good when the sun comes up generally, now it seems before. I hate getting up when it's dark thirty. Then again, it's hard to stay up after night time dark thirty.

I got up between 4:00 and 4:30 yesterday morning. That's rare for me, as I'm not much of a morning person.
