Compute inverse between LP-7 & LP-17: 320.9994 ft.
It's an 80'x 70' plaza. So, nope.
Dimension from CAD civil dwg between scoring marks: 26.7492 ft.
Multiply by 12: 26.7492 x 12 = 320.9904.
I suppose with only 0.009 difference I can make it work. (or going the other way: 320.9994/12 = 26.74995. Difference of 0.00075.)
BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TOO!

This happens so often these days, especially when receiving files from Architects...
...and to think I wanted to be an Architect when I was younger. Nowadays, having to "lay out" their crazy ideas in construction, I can't stand them. Lol
