I learned a valuable lesson today.
If you are getting an error message when trying to access the map service center for firmettes, etc. and using IE you may want to load Mozilla FireFox.
That is the only way that I could access the MSC today.

I had the same problem with my MSN browser last week. Someone here suggested using a different browser... it worked for me vie Internet Explorer. Wierd!!
