We are working for a radio station that has 6 tower locations and an ATU (antenna tuning unit) with each tower. They are requested to submit an elevation certificate for the structures. I plan to do a separate certificate for each ATU with a floor elevation, lowest adjicaent and highest grade for each. Since the property has one address, I am identifying each ATU with its FCC number relative to a location map which I plan to attach to each certificate. I am having no luck getting answers from FEMA whether this will suffice. How have all of you dealt with multiple structures on 1 property when preparing elevation certificates? Thanks
I've done similar things before. The lat and long should also help with unique id..
I've used the instructions and forms for the MT-1 to assemble my documentation and if the multiple structures are on the same 'lot or parcel', I use the same 'street address' for each. I show the specific structure locations and nomenclature on an attached annotated FIRMette.

I attached a simple sketch showing the positions of the structures and label them 1, 2 3 on the paper and certificate. In the comments section I mention multiple structures and see additional sheet for the locations.
Great. Thanks for all the info.
