I am having trouble with my fbk files. We are currently in the process of changing over from LDD to C3D, but the field work files are keeping it from happening smoothly. Currently the fbk files work great with LDD, but give errors when i try to import the same file using the Survey Database in C3D. I am seeing that our fbk files seem to be in a different format than the examples provided by AutoCAD. I have attached a fbk from the field, the fbk example, and the CAD error message. It seems to be hung up on the fact that the occupy points aren't in there and I am not sure where to go.

That makes no sense to me. Neither of the files you sent has that point number in them, and certainly not at line 3.
One question, why are there no BS lines in your files. As I understand the FC1 VA command ot won't work without a Backsight.
