OK dumb question, I am in the process of filing a certificate out in the PDF and I can not get the pictures to come in right side up. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Maybe a dumb answer, but I would try opening the photos in Windows Photo viewer. Rotate and save a new file.?ÿ You could also open paint from within the viewer and crop it if you want.
