I know I'm late to update, but I need to find the easiest/best user friendly FEMA updated Elevation Certificate form .

I tried to search here, but got every discussion about forms and no links.

Can someone point me in the right direction?? thanks.

Do you want pdf or Word format? Here's a link to a version of the pdf that I modified to allow those who only have Adobe reader to insert photos Elev_Cert_Fillable_Reader&Image_no instr

Here's a direct link to FEMA's library for the word version Word Format Elev Cert

Now get to work!:-D

Usually I do two per page and just add more pages if I need to go nuts with the number of pictures I supply.
