In the June issue of The American Surveyor is our latest article. This is a follow-up to the Discovery Report thread that caused so much brouhaha that my butt landed before the Arizona survey board. Tuesday is the hearing so this may appear pre-mature but we're celebrating now because the Location-Unknown article just hit first place in the hit parade. I had to wait until that happened before I could post this, otherwise I would be accused, again, of just trying to increase the hits.
We often hear, or say ourselves, "There ought to be a law requiring a survey whenever property is sold". We discovered a way to accomplish such an outcome without new laws, rules or bank regulations. Enjoy
