Static baseline GPS is the gold standard of phase differential GPS. Which returns a vector (delta XYZ phase center to phase center) post processed. Uber accurate if proper procedures are adhered to.
RTK is s magnitude or less accurate at the much higher precision.
Static Phase differential baseline is true control measurement.
