Says the Bible.

Note, it does not say "Modifieth his neighbor's deed".

I think that this establishes the concept that the POINTS ON THE GROUND are held sacred, and that where there is a conflict between deeds, and monuments, (absent of fraud) the monuments hold. This should be the end of mini pincushions. (absent of disturbed monuments).

This is part of a conversation I had with a judge, after an Adverse Possession trial, where AP was held by the court.
