I used the Calculator in Carlson:

Points/Coord File Utilities/Coordinate/Transformation

Arkansas State Plane Coordinates

NAD 1983

Arkansas South Zone

Lat 33?ø55'09.885"

Lon 93?ø0932.837"

?ÿ

?ÿ

Convergence -0?ø38'55"

CSF 0.9999204733

I Think I have something not quite right.

102 1770178.15879 960708.75671 0.000

Thank you,

Nate

Geodetic to projected, I am agreeing within 0.001. I get -0?ø38'55.5" for convergence, so that checks out.

Only thing I noted is that 0.9999204733 is not the CSF, it's the grid scale factor. Can't comp the CSF without a height.

Using an elevation of 0 I get what you get for coordinates, convergence, and CSF.?ÿ?ÿ

Thank you very much.

It was the scale factor that was not quite right.
