Really? I have 2007 and 2010 loaded and those settings are in both versions.
You ARE looking under the SETTINGS tab at the top of the screen?
Then go down to Carlson Configure.
Then pick the General Settings button.
Then to the top, right of the window it says OBJECT LINKING?
There you can tie the points, lines and crd file all together.
