I'm finally doing my first LDR & COS and was wondering if anybody has these forms in a format usable by Word instead of the .pdf on the CFedS site?

Thanks Mark. I did get a reply from the Great White North (Thanks Northern!) but I'm going to try contacting the BILS for my region to make sure I get the approved form for OR/WA. If I don't hear anything I'll give you a shout.
