I've had this happen way too frequently the last couple weeks. It's been in a few different drawings. Anybody have advice? Thanks

Curious if you're using Intellicad based Carlson and Win 10?
I had real issues with Microsurvey a few weeks ago after a Win 10 update.
Microsurvey suggested a reset of configuration to default which did the trick.
They also deleted something in registry.
I then rebuilt to my suiting the palettes and other settings.
No issue since.
