I am having trouble finding these cases on line Lane v Thompson 43 NH 320 and Chandler v Cline 99 NH 202. I have tried google scholar, the cases show up as cites just not the cases themselves.

Thanks for your help

I was going to suggest you try:

www.leagle.com

but I couldn't find them there either.

Sometimes you just need to go to a law library. It will probably get coded in at some point, most courts are working their way back in time.

I have had Westlaw e-mail me the first, but what they're sending instead of the second is Wadleigh v. Cline 99 NH 202, which is a 1954 case about a party wall. Can't find Chandler. When they come in I'll forward them to you, if you want. In that event, drop me your e-mail at [email protected].

Cheers,
Henry

The Sacramento County Public Law Library has a West subscription that can be used for free on their computers. What I do is print the case to PDF on a USB flash drive. Although the Lexis California free site is useful, the law library service will include the key cites and even every case which has cited your case of interest. The other thing they have is all the unpublished cases which are helpful. They also have free access to many of the treatises and law review articles.

I imagine SF has one of the two subscriptions for you to use.

West key cite service is similar to Lexis Shephards service.

Your cite of 99 NH 202 is for Wadleigh v. Cline which is a 1954 case about party walls. I don't find a case of any kind on Lexis Nexis for Chandler v Cline.

Your cite of Lane v. Thompson, 43 N.H. 320, is a case about cutting trees. Is this the case you are wanting? I can copy it from Lexis Nexis and email it to you if it is.
