Complex boundary on an ALTA survey, he certified to optional Table A item 1 (boundary monuments), but of the eighteen (18) corners he found one (1) untagged monument, did not add his tag as required in Arizona, did not set the other seventeen (17) monuments, and did not file the required record of survey.

Probably long past time for a trip to the state board.
