Inquiring minds need to know

Following is the list of hot news items at the link. I'm extremely curious about the one where the man is fighting to keep his wife buried in the front yard. I'm guessing she's not too happy about that arrangement.

This is something I think all surveyors should be mindful of. All of us (I hope) are reasonable people, but sometimes those we work around are not. Even a reasonable person in a moment of anger can explode, and we happen to be in a business that causes a lot of anger. We should do our best to help out clients and adjoiners understand why their property lines are where they are without making them feel like they have been wronged. This is true not only for peace in the neighborhood, but for our own safety. Sometimes something as small as a sarcastic comment could be all it takes to drive someone over the edge.
