Anyone here heard of swapping batteries between a Topcon ES-105 and a Topcon DL-502?

The ES-105 should have come with a BDC70 battery.?ÿ The DL-502 specifies a BDC-46 battery.?ÿ They charge on the same charger.?ÿ The batteries have the same footprint and connections.?ÿ The BDC46 is roughly half the capacity of the BDC70 but should work fine.
