Bad client returning

I saw one some years ago where we told a suspect of non-payment that his maps wouldn't be released until he had paid in full. He fought and argued but he had no choice as he needed the maps. He came in the office with a bit of an attitude, handed the boss a check and took the maps. He then walked out to his car, picked up his cell phone, called his bank and canceled the check while still sitting in our parking lot. I forget what the outcome for this one was but the boss did everything in his power to get paid. Some people have no shame at all.
