Hello,

I am a graduate student and i am try to use RTK Network(Indiana) with Topcon instruments. I connected network with NTRIP and mount point RTCM3-Max by using Wifi connection. However when I try to do get point readings, status shown as autonomous. I thought it should be at least float or fixed. What could I be doing wrong at this point?

Could you give any suggestion about what to do to solve this problem or any contact who can help on this issue.

Thanks

Talk settings with the person in charge of the network. They usually know.

Sounds like they aren't talking to each other.

First thing to look at, is to make sure your data collector is actually on the internet, if it is wifi in the data collector you are using. (pull up browser and log into beerleg)

The next thing to look at is latency. If it is more than 1, it isn't good. If it is climbing, then you aren't taking to the network.

Next, I would check the reference or base info. Does it show you with a base, how far away is that base?

That is my check list before I call the admin.
