Dear all professional,
I am currently working in a residential and commercial?ÿ mall contractor, as a land surveyor my job is to make sure all the setting out are accurate and meet the specification.
But day after day our team start loosing the voice and got no say in the company, I understand our profession not like the other division like QS and valuation, they are most likely driven by commercial and business and always have a higher status in the company.
I ain't even mad about it, please don't get me wrong,?ÿ I just want to see is there any things that our profession can do to beneficial the company.
we have 2 LS team, and team 1 has already started using aerial mapping and laser scanning last 2 years and successfully gained back the status.
Its kinda sad sometimes, keeping the accuracy is our job, and won't even have a chance to be appreciated, but then if you messed up you got you ass kicked straight away.
what should my team 2 propose?
