I am trying to find out a little more information about getting registered in Arizona before I commit the time and effort into applying.

A couple of questions:

If I get my application submitted in the next couple of weeks will I be in time to take the exam in October?

I understand an exam waiver is granted in some cases. What's the likelihood of that?

Any advice or guidance you can offer is gladly accepted.

Thanks.

Upon application I was told to call and schedule a supplemental exam... it was scheduled for a few days later, on my desired day and time.
I was only required to take a very short supplemental exam. It was graded and results given as I walked out the door. I believe that was 2008, and based on my 30+ years of California registration.
I have no idea if things have changed.

PS: The supplemental exam was quite simple, rather generic.

Unlike Peter, I did not take the "Supplemental Exam". I took the state specific 2 hour test in April 1996. Made a 94(Braggin a little there).

At that time I had been licensed for 9 years and held 4 licenses. I was in and out on the state specific in 45 minutes.

Six months later I did the same thing in New Mexico. That only took 35 minutes. B-)
