Any Utah dual-licensees? (PE/PS)

A man I work with is working with a mission team in Lehi, UT. They are converting an old bar into a church. He is a PE and PS in several states, but not in Utah.

I am preparing some preliminary reports and concept plans. They will eventually need a set of construction plans/site plan completed by a PE. They will also need the services of a PS.
