We've recently designed and had constructed some concrete rectangular submarine pipe supports that are about 3m high and the contractor reckons they are prone to falling over because they are "top-heavy". And that's the mental picture that I had.

Poor thing can't ever go water skiing...she falls on her back every time she gets the least bit wet.
