annotations in pdf's

does anyone have or know of a mechanism that would let me make annotations in a pdf?
i want to superimpose computed point numbers and marks and save it as a digital file, basically. would be handy for deed mosaics. thanks

You could try PDF Exchange Viewer
http://www.mygtdstuff.com/2008/09/annotate-pdf-files-for-free.html

I haven't used it, but it looks promising.

Dwf's annotate pretty good. You could always plot the dwg to pdf.
