A new record!!

Clients house shows well inside Zone A, not only inside but since there is a major highway east on the uphill side of the house and Zone A climbs up the fill for the highway almost to the pavement, a good 5' below the flood plain.

I get the engineers report back and the LAG for the house is 13' ABOVE the BFE. I had my bet on 9' before we ran X-sections but when I looked at them I figured I might be off, still 13' should be a record holder for a long time.
