While researching a project today, I had to go through a court case from 1980 concerning one side of the tract. The court case referenced several plats. One of those was prepared by W. G. Robillard two years prior. The court wasn't happy with any of those referenced and appointed another RLS as special master. He didn't have anything positive to say about the previous surveys prepared by a variety of surveyors. The plats were "attached hereto and incorporated therein" in theory but not in practice, which is pretty typical when stated that it is "attached". So I'll have to dig a little deeper to see what the special master didn't like.
