Sort of what I was thinking.
Maybe the new paradigm will be to charge a percentage of the map check fees. Sort of like I'll do your survey for 25% of the map check fees. Some surveyors would probably make a bigger fee. So soon as the map check fee gets to $20,000 a simple lot survey would go for $5000.

I caught this episode too, and then had to run to the emergency room to get stitches put on my chin after they mentioned the price.

Is no longer a resident in the State of California and will not be doing any more survey associated work. He is now a leather worker in Arizona.
