Diversionary tactics?
> Oh Kent will argue with you, and at times he thinks he's being clever with diversionary tactics. But the fact of matter he is who he is, take it or leave it; much like a grain of salt.
Well, that's the first time I've heard an examination of the record upon which a retracement survey is based called "diversionary tactics". :>
A kindness to point out negligence

Actually, I consider pointing out a surveyor's negligence as an act of kindness. You'll recall that you initially posted ridiculing some other surveyor for having discovered an error in the 1982 survey that you were wanting to blindly rely upon. This was your attitude when a prudent practitioner would have made a more thorough investigation to really discover the true situation. There you are still, wanting the other surveyor to just cover for you. It isn't pretty.

Does this mean that we are breaking up???
