Foggy's IE about box is EXACTLY the same as mine in all details.
Doesn't sound like an IE problem per se.
I'm on Win 8.1 and my dev. environment is VS 2010 ver: 10.0.30319.1
with .NET ver. 4.5.51641
Not likely to make a difference on his machine but may help to explain why it works for you and me. I had no problems running it earlier before I got so excited to find another high level programmer amongst us. 🙂
I don't have another machine to test it on. Sorry. I know how frustrating that can be. Been there. I hate turning loose an un-tested install package on folks but had willing takers here on my last little effort. Fortunately, no complaints.
Have you ever tried remote debugging? I haven't.
If you have, I'd be curious how, and how well, that works? I'm imagining you'd first have to deploy the debug instead of a release version then connect to it. Is that how it works? Kind of like debugging one of the old ISAPI filters if you ever built and deployed one of those.

Gees, Carl Franklin is there. I know him! We've spoken on the phone several times. Back in the VB 4 days he was regular featured writer in VB Programmer's Journal. Like I said, I've lost touch with most everyone I used to know in this world.

The resultant export is 142 Meg which is causing a problem for the download. I think I will need to change the download mechanism to a download link instead.
I ran the data through our offline version so here is how it looks:
